Monarch Magic is back!

For a limited time, we invite you to once again walk among hundreds of monarch butterflies in Butterfly Pavilion’s indoor tropical conservatory, Wings of the Tropics.

November 1st – 30th 2021

****Don't miss out on the release! This Monday, November 1st at 11:30 am, we are releasing the hundreds of butterflies into our Wings of Tropics Conservatory!****

Along with the beauty of these incredible butterflies in flight, discover the wonder and mystery of their incredible 3,000-mile journey from the northeastern United States and Canada to their overwintering grounds in southwestern Mexico every year, their awe-inspiring life cycle, their lesser-known role as pollinators and more. In addition, uncover the challenges facing these animals today and the small actions you can take to have a big impact on their conservation.

(Note: These Monarchs have been bred under human care at a native butterfly farm specifically to educate and inspire our guests about these magnificent invertebrates. They are not wild butterflies and would not be able to complete the migration like their wild counterparts do. By showcasing Monarchs in our conservatory, we are bringing awareness to their importance in the ecosystem and educating the public about how they can do their part to support Monarch populations in the wild.)

Monarch Magic experience is free for current Butterfly Pavilion Members (plushie is only available with ticket purchase.)

Save up to $10 on admission on a Monarch Magic 4-pack ticket, PLUS receive one free Monarch Plush toy per ticket pack!

NOTE: we have officially sold out of Monarch Magic Ticket packs! You can still experience Monarch Magic with regular admission!
