Meet the Instructors!

Kamala  Amy Viecelli

With a foundation in Hatha yoga and influences from a variety of other traditions, Kamala weaves multiple techniques into her classes to create a balanced and mindful practice. Each class typically begins with a gentle warm-up emphasizing breath awareness and pranayama, followed by a flowing sequence of sun salutations with thoughtful variations. The practice then focuses on a small selection of poses before transitioning to gentle floor work and concluding with a restorative savasana.

Kamala began practicing yoga in 1997 and earned her teaching certification in 1999. Since then, she has taught in a wide range of settings, both in the United States and internationally. Her teaching style reflects a deep respect for the connection between movement, breath, and the natural world.

Kelsey Mueller

Rooted in a traditional Vinyasa practice, Kelsey’s classes flow with intention—linking breath and movement in ways that feel accessible, grounding, and spacious. With bright, uplifting energy and a deeply nurturing presence, she offers practices shaped by over ten years of teaching experience. Her approach emphasizes functional movement, body awareness, and choice, inviting students to honor their own rhythms and move with agency. Each class creates space for subtle transformation—where mindful movement becomes a reminder of our capacity to grow, adapt, and unfold, just as we are.
