Set against an immersive, glowing backdrop, the evening blends science, storytelling, and celebration to shine a light on invertebrates whose brilliance often goes unseen, yet whose impact is essential to healthy ecosystems and a thriving planet.

Invertebrates make up 97% of all animal species on Earth and quietly support everything from clean water and food systems to climate resilience and biodiversity. This year’s celebratory event highlights species that literally and figuratively glow, revealing how light, bioluminescence, and biofluorescence play a vital role in nature.

Throughout the evening, guests will explore stories such as:

• Fireflies as indicators of water quality and ecosystem health
