Why Butterfly Pavilion?
From engaging with guests at our exhibits, to helping care for our plants and animals, we have a variety of opportunities for regular, ongoing volunteer service.
As a volunteer, you’ll play a vital role in our mission to educate, inspire, and protect these often-overlooked creatures. Submit an interest form to become a part of dedicated community of volunteers working to ensure invertebrates are protected for the future.

- Summer 2025: Applications open May 7th- May 19th, mandatory orientation on Sunday, June 15th

All volunteers must be 14 years of age or older, additional age restrictions and training may apply for some positions. Volunteers must complete a background check, orientation, and one-time onboarding fee of $25. Butterfly Pavilion does not have any court-ordered service opportunities available.
