Looking to earn your insect study badge? Get started at Butterfly Pavilion! We will be looking at models and live specimens to determine what class and order they are, and how scientists group them! Armed with newfound knowledge, you’ll be primed for success in earning your badge, ready to showcase your expertise and embrace the thrill of insect discovery!
Badge requirements met:
- Insect Study:
- 2,3,4,5 (we will start on this), 7, 8, 10 (Part A can be completed in our exhibits!), 11, 12
Available dates: Monday – Thursday
Pricing:
- $15 per scout
- $10 per troop leader
- We are also happy to provide you with the convenience of having the workshop at your location for a fee of $150 plus mileage ($0.65/mile)
