We do not provide food, but you are welcome to bring your own cake, cupcakes, and snacks to enjoy in the party room. We recommend Infinitus Pie for pizza delivery!
We recommend booking at least 3–4 weeks in advance, as weekends fill up quickly — especially during spring and summer months.
Yes, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date, with the remaining balance due 7 days before the party.
Yes! Members receive a 10% discount on all party packages.
Birthday parties are available Saturdays and Sundays with two time slots: 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM. Weekday parties are available by special request.

All cancellations must be made via e-mail to the Registration Manager at education@butterflies.org.
If Butterfly Pavilion must cancel your party for any reason, your party will be moved to an open party slot of your choosing at no cost, or you will be given a full refund.
